Dynamic Risk Analyzer (DRA) is designed for plant personnel to assess the risk level of their plant operations periodically or on-demand. It is a strategic risk management tool to (a) identify deterioration in operations, that is, risk of deviating from normal operation, (b) determine increase in potential of incidents (unplanned shutdowns/accidents) over time, and (c) calculate overall health of the process.
